Victor Ikem began his journey in the wine and spirits industry as a national brand building manager for global wine and Spirits Company, and leader in the bitters segment, Campari, working for the local distributor and responsible for marketing.
His core responsibilities also included brand development, and expanding the brand’s footprint in the Nigerian market with strong focus on young consumers’ recruitment. Passionate about wine and spirits business and armed with experience in trade and consumer marketing, retail management, distribution, channel development, sales forecasting, and import management, he founded the LWS Wine Academy as a vehicle to expand wine and spirits education in Nigeria and Africa. In addition to his impressive credentials, he is also the founder of Drinks Revolution Limited, a thriving wine and spirits’ company based in Lagos.
With his extensive experience and deep expertise in the wine industry, Victor brings a wealth of knowledge to the LWS Faculty making him a valuable resource for students who are eager to learn, grow, and thrive in the world of wine.
Kelvin Chudi Okechukwu is the managing director and head of business of Wine360 Nigeria Limited. He has spent two decades in the wine and spirits business, formerly General Manager at Ekulo, Next International and Wines and Things Limited before founding Wine360.
Kelvin is a vast authority in the wine Business in Nigeria and has been the African Ambassador for French and other regional wines. He has travelled to all key wine regions in Europe, South Africa and America with strong contact and network within embassies and consulates in Nigeria.
He bring a strong knowledge and historical perspective as well as great wine appreciation skills coupled with excellent understanding of trade value chain.

He is the founder and proprietor of The Wine Library Lagos, a premium destination dedicated to wine appreciation, education, and curated tastings. With years of hands-on experience in the wine and hospitality sector, Mr Ekundayo brings a refined understanding of the global wine landscape and its growing impact in Nigeria. Expert at food and wine pairing, and a great writer, prior to founding The Wine Library, Mr Ekundayo served as the General Manager of the Metropolitan Club, Lagos, one of Nigeria’s most prestigious private clubs.
His passion for wine appreciation reflects in a deep commitment to excellence in service, hospitality, and beverage management. His extensive background in wine curation, sales, and education offers a unique learning advantage to enthusiasts and aspiring professionals alike.

Precious Onyenweaku is a UK-based Nigerian business development strategist and digital project manager with a strong voice in the intersection of technology, development, trade and policy.
Known for his advocacy on the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in Nigeria’s academic and professional sectors, he has contributed in thought leadership on key national issues relating to business. He was previously a National Sales Manager at Wines and Things Limited and Regional Sales Manager for BA Distribution in charge of Wine and Spirits. As faculty at the LWS Wine Academy, Precious brings a fresh, forward-thinking perspective.
His sessions will empower students with practical knowledge on how to leverage emerging business tools, including AI, in the wine and spirits business value chain. With his guidance, students will not only understand wine culture but also gain the digital skills needed to thrive in today’s competitive marketplace.
